The coalition uses these three lenses to organize observations and keep discussions focused on the full road environment.
Road-edge and downhill sections may require engineered stabilization such as riprap, retaining systems, and other site-specific measures based on proper assessment.
Exposed uphill slopes need erosion-control and stabilization measures that reduce recurring material movement toward the roadway.
Culverts, channels, and runoff paths matter because uncontrolled water can accelerate erosion, undermine road edges, and redirect flows toward homes and access points.
The map uses the exact coordinates from the coalition's KML field file and places all documented sites over a Google Maps reference centered in San Teodoro, Mabini.
Pins are numbered only to keep the public map simple. Selecting a pin opens its exact field coordinate in Google Maps. This map is a geographic reference, not an engineering survey or property-boundary map.
